This is an iconic quote from when Blair was confronting Serena and trying to make her feel better by proposing to go to Paris with her. Saying that if you are already sad, why not be sad in Paris.  

Because even if there are struggles in life you can always find a way to enjoy every moment, even if it means being sad. 

1. “The thing about new beginnings, is that they require something else to end.”  
   

This represents the fact that for new beginnings to happen, you must accept other things to be taken away from you. It describes the fact that Blair has lost many things along the way but has always allowed herself to accept her mistakes and struggles to get back on her feet and start from a fresh beginning.  

At the end of the day, there are always things that you need to be willing to let go to reach the top. 

1. “It would not be my world without you in it.”  
   

This was when she had an emotional discussion with the love of her life Chuck Bass, where Blair wanted to prove to Chuck that they are meant to be together. Where Chuck said that he does not fit in her world, although to her, her world would not exist without him in it.  

Nevertheless, the message of this quote is that sometimes when you find your person, your soulmate you feel like you found the missing piece inside you, almost like that specific person was a part of you all along. 

1. “All I ever wanted was a simple fairy tale.”  
   

The day Blair realized that the chance of her living her dream with the prince of Morocco has ended and that deep inside she still had loved Chuck, but simply could not ignore the fact that being together with a prince was all that she had ever wanted since a child, where she felt devastated and disappointed. 

 Sometimes we do not get what we wish for, but that is part of life. 

1. “You need to be cold to be a queen forget that boy, keep your eyes on the prize.” 
   

This states Blair’s mindset where she is trying to say that you will meet many boys in your life and to be a queen there is no need to waste your time on boys at an early age.  

Saying that you should keep your head up and keep fighting for success, but don’t ever settle for less. 

1. “She likes to see the best in people, I like to see the truth.” 
   

This represents the scene where Blair felt like she is always seen as the “bad guy” compared to her best friend serena. That is when she said that serena may look kind and have a pure heart, because she always forces her to see the good in people, but Blair would rather see the truth behind people. She will not allow people to lie to her face or go behind her back, simply because she stands her ground and has respect for herself.  

Sometimes valuing yourself too much does not make you be loved by others.

This is another one of her most iconic quotes where she explains her love for fashion. Saying that fashion is not just clothing it is fashion and architecture all in one, that shines in so many ways. 

Everyone shares a significant love for a certain something just like Blair does for fashion, that is why there is so much emotion and inspiration behind this quote. 

1. “Destiny is for losers. It's just a stupid excuse to wait for things to happen instead of making them happen.” 
   

Blair thinks that destiny is not what life is about. As she says, destiny is simply like a dream, you can dream about something, but it does not mean that it will magically appear once you wake up. Stating that there needs to be work done to achieve your goals and ambitions, just dreaming will not get you anywhere! 

You need to face your goals to achieve them! 

1. "If you really want something you don’t stop for anyone or anything until you get it" 
   

She wants to prove that if you genuinely want something, there is absolutely nothing in the world that can get in between that goal. Saying that if you choose to stop for someone else instead, then the other thing you wanted must’ve not been that important after all.

 This is what prevents people from reaching their goals and ambitions, through distractions. That is why ignore all distractions and keep your eyes on the prize, just like Blair said. 

1. "The most important parties to attend are the ones you aren't invited to." 
   

She was trying to say that the parties that you are not invited to go to, are the ones you should make them regret not inviting you to. Because Blair thinks that she is a queen and that is exactly why she does not need an invitation to go anywhere.  

The meaning behind this message is that there is always a reason they did not invite you and the only way you find out the reason behind it is if you attend. 

1. "Three words. Eight letters. Say it and I’m yours." 
   

The word love, where Blair and Chuck played this sort of game with each other, where the first one to say “I love you loses” but once Chuck saw Blair getting in a car with another guy, he begged Blair to step out and go with him. That is where Blair said that quote to make him say those words. 

The word love is so valuable that even two people that clearly love each other immensely are afraid to say it. Afraid of the truth or the outcome of it. 

1. "When and if we end up together, it has to be as equals." 
   

This states the fact that if Blair ever decides to be in a relationship with Chuck, she would not be up for him having higher power than her, it is either they are both equals or nothing. 

This means that as a woman she does not want to give her power away to chuck, sometimes it is good to own that power yourself.
